Reeling from the #1 NPD award received for Luna, the N.P.D. Group also recognized Sunday Riley as #1 Face Oil Brand in the U.S in support of the brand’s collection of award-winning oils.
After noticing an absence of combining science with nature in the skincare space, Sunday Riley appeared on the scene developing products that were powered by science-based active ingredients and balanced with botanicals. Sunday Riley pioneered the face oil category in 2010, developing four oils to target every skin type and concern.
These best-selling oils have remained on the shelves for a reason — from targeting dullness, dehydration, congestion and wrinkles, it’s easy to see why Sunday Riley was recognized for this highly-coveted award.
In support of the award recognition, Sunday Riley launched a full-funnel marketing campaign to push the #1 message even further with the tagline “Oil Obsessed”.
The purpose of the campaign was to own and bring awareness to the #1 claim, maintain market share of the oil category, drive conversion and capture brand and product awareness.
